Two Waterloo brothers who'd rather be honest than upsell you

Falconridge Air was started by two brothers born and raised in Waterloo, with backgrounds in HVAC and refrigeration. We work on homes in the same neighbourhoods we grew up in, so we treat every house like it belongs to a neighbour, pets included.

If a repair makes more sense than a new system, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll show you why, and give you straight answers on financing and rebates.

Are you licensed to work on gas furnaces?

Yes. Falconridge Air is a TSSA-registered contractor and our technicians hold Ontario gas licences, which is required for anyone installing or repairing gas appliances in Ontario.

Can you help me with heat pump rebates?

We can explain how the programs work, like the Home Renovation Savings Program, and give you straight answers on what you may qualify for. Its heat pump rebates need pre-approval and a participating contractor, and Falconridge isn't currently on the participating list, so if the rebate is essential to your budget, ask us about it up front. Do you offer a maintenance plan?

Our membership plan is $30/month or $330/year and covers two tune-ups and filter changes a year, an annual condenser coil cleaning, priority scheduling and 10% off repairs.

Do you offer financing on new equipment?

Yes. We offer financing on new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters, with monthly payment options so you don't have to pay for a new system all at once.
