What we collect

When you send a service request we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, city, the service you need and a description. We also record the page you sent it from, any advertising campaign tags in the link, the time, and your IP address (to block spam).

When you call 519-498-4710, an automated assistant may answer if our team is busy. The call is recorded and transcribed, and we keep your name, callback number, caller ID, the reason for your call and a summary so a technician can call you back.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: to call, text or email you about it, to quote and do the work, and to keep a record of service at your home. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the website, phone line and our internal notifications, including Cloudflare (website hosting and database), Twilio (phone service), ElevenLabs (call answering and transcription) and Telegram (internal team notifications). They process information on our behalf, and some may store it outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests and call records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and warranty record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@falconridgeair.com. If you'd rather not be contacted again, tell us and we'll stop.
