Falconridge Air Systems is run by two brothers who were born and raised in Waterloo and built careers in HVAC and refrigeration.
Our story
We started Falconridge Air because we wanted Waterloo Region homeowners to have an HVAC company they could actually trust: one that shows up when it says it will, explains things in plain English, and recommends what your home needs rather than what pays best.
Our roots are in the neighbourhoods we work in. We've spent our lives in Waterloo, and we serve homes across Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph and the surrounding townships. That means the people we work for are our neighbours, and our reputation follows us to the grocery store.
What we do
We repair, replace and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and water heaters, and we install gas lines for BBQs, ranges and fireplaces. We install Lennox and York equipment and service most major brands.
We're a TSSA-registered contractor and our technicians hold Ontario gas licences. We keep up with training on new equipment, especially cold-climate heat pumps, and we can explain how rebate programs work, like the Home Renovation Savings Program.
